We collect what we need to send you your order and nothing else. We do not sell your data. Given what people buy here, we treat discretion as part of the product.
When you order: name, email, phone (if you give it), shipping and billing address, and what you bought. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — they never touch our servers and we never see or store your full card number.
When you sign up for email: your email address.
When you leave a review: the name you give, your email, the product, your review text, and optionally the intention you set. We publish the review, your first name and last initial, and the product. We do not publish your email.
Automatically: standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site. We also store your cart contents in your browser so they survive a refresh. Those stay on your device.
We don't ask for your date of birth, your health history, or why you're buying. We don't track you across other websites, and we don't run advertising pixels that build a profile of you elsewhere.
To take payment, pack and ship your order, confirm you're 21+, answer your emails, verify that a review came from a real order, send you email if you asked for it, keep the site working and secure, and meet our tax and legal obligations. That's the complete list.
Only the companies that make the order happen: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email provider, and our website host. Each gets the minimum needed to do its part, and none of them may use your information for their own marketing. We will disclose information if we are legally required to. We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
If you subscribe, expect no more than twice a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. Order confirmations and shipping notices are transactional and are sent regardless.
Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally seven years. Email subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Reviews until you ask us to remove them. Analytics data no longer than 26 months.
Wherever you live, you can email ceremonymush@pm.me and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. We'll respond within 30 days and we won't make you jump through hoops.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we don't sell or share), and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Use the same email address; we'll verify your identity through the email on your order.
This site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we delete it.
The site runs over HTTPS and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you promptly and plainly rather than burying it.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes get an email to subscribers.
