Short version: if we got your order wrong, or it turned up damaged, we fix it — no argument. What we can't do is take back food you've opened, because we can't verify or resell it.
Unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is yours unless the return is our error. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Because these are consumable food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items, and opened product is not eligible for refund. This is a food-safety limitation, not a preference.
If your order arrives damaged, sealed incorrectly, or isn't what you ordered, email ceremonymush@pm.me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it — your choice — and you won't need to ship anything back.
Chocolate that arrives soft but sealed and intact is safe to eat; refrigerate it briefly and it will firm up. That isn't damage, and cosmetic bloom or softening isn't refundable on its own. If chocolate arrives genuinely ruined — leaking, broken seal, unusable — treat it as damaged above and we'll make it right. See Shipping for how we handle warm-weather orders.
Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been packed we'll cancel and refund in full. Once it has shipped, it falls under the terms above.
If you order to an address outside our 13 shipping states, we'll cancel and refund the order in full, including shipping.
If a package is refused, or the carrier can't complete delivery because nobody 21+ was available to sign, it comes back to us. We'll refund the items less the original shipping cost.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including in California.
If a product genuinely didn't work for you, tell us anyway — even outside these windows, and even if you opened it. We'd rather hear it and sort something out than have you quietly never come back. Email ceremonymush@pm.me.
